HNT Next Generation is a community of young Jewish Professionals which is part of the Herzl - Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation. Our mission is to provide a spiritual and social community for young Jewish professionals within the framework of HNT. While offering events compatible with a Conservative congregation, HNT Next Generation welcomes Jewish young professionals from any background and denomination, including Reform, Conservative, Orthodox or "none of the above." All of our events are open to everyone, whether they are members of HNT, another synagogue or not affiliated.
HNTNG is organized by a group of dedicated volunteers and synagogue support staff. Our goal is to provide the best events for Jewish young professionals, and we welcome ideas from anyone! We organize an average of 15 events per year, including events that appeal to a broad range of people.
HNTNG has two main goals. We aim to create religious, social, cultural and social action events for 20 & 30 somethings. We also aim to bring people into the Herzl Ner Tamid community by providing a community and making it accessible.
